How would you like to end your week, not at the pub, but with a sacred circle by the fire and under the stars, on the deck of my urban treehouse sanctuary in Titirangi. A gentle yoga flow will enliven your senses, then our drinking session of cacao will open your heart for a sharing circle to open up and reveal what is dying to be expressed from deep inside you. Toast rose marshmallows of intention. Then, end with your choice of organic red wine or kombucha and healthy nibbles (so you don’t have to miss out on your Friday night drink with friends after all). Feel like you’ve finished your week with soul and in style. Come regularly to find sisters for life in your local community.

Last Friday of each month. $40/ person or $70 for two sisters. $35 per session if you pre-purchase 2 or more.
